Anne-Marie McKeich, Regional Manager for Lothian has been crowned ‘Regional Manager of the Year’ at the Four Seasons Care Awards.
The award Anne-Marie won commends her for how she continues to make a difference and strives to provide special resident experiences on a daily basis. Anne-Marie also supports her homes, helping them to achieve the company’s strategic priorities, whilst managing external stakeholders.
Following over 1,000 nominations, Anne-Marie was shortlisted with five other Regional Managers from over 250 Four Seasons Care Homes across the UK.
James Robson, Change Delivery Director for Four Seasons Health Care, who presented Anne-Marie with this award said: “Picking a winner for this category was very hard as all of the candidates are of a very high calibre. However, Anne-Marie shows passion and enthusiasm for her job, ensuring that the residents in her region get fantastic care no matter their needs. On receiving the award, Anne-Marie said: “I was not aware I had been nominated until I received a phone call congratulating me on winning Regional Manager of the Year! I was so humbled that my Managers and MD thought so highly of me; it feels so good to be recognised for doing the job I love.

"To be honest once my name was called I could not believe it, my Managers all stood up and my MD was there to congratulate me when I came off the stage. To be presented with the award by (and hug) Keith Duffy was a bonus, oh and James too…
