Late last year filmmaker Duncan Cowles helped some of our care home residents to make short films for creative ageing festival Luminate. The festival aims to bring people together to celebrate the creativity of older generations, by sharing stories of ageing and exploring what growing older means to all of us.

There is always a lot going on at a Four Seasons care home, with heaps of activities to get involved in for both our residents and our care teams. This year the Four Seasons care team and our residents have been busy raising money and awareness for charities in their local communities and across the UK. From riding a bike for 24 hours straight, to knitting hats for Oxfam, to running Race for life and even a sponsored head shave - you name it - we have probably done it!

In February this year we shared a beautiful story of a local nursery and a Four Seasons care home working together to bridge the age gap in Bristol. This video went viral after being shared by BBC Radio Bristol with over 34.6 thousand shares on Facebook and over 6.1 million views!
